Ingredients
- Salad:
- 1 bag shredded cabbage
- 1 lbs. chicken breast, cubed, cooked
- green onion, chopped fine
- 2 packages oriental ramen soup (save flavoring packet for dressing)
- 1 bag slivered almonds, toasted
- Dressing:
- 2/3 C white vinegar
- oriental seasoning packets
- 2 TBSP oil
- 2 TBSP sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Mix cabbage and chicken. Add crunched up ramen and green onion. Toast almonds and add to mix.
Dressing:
In bowl, whisk vinegar, sugar, packets and oil.
Pour dressing over salad. Don't use too much. A little goes a long way!
