Hershey Bar Pound Cake

Ingredients

  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 8 small hershey bars, melted (1.05 oz each)
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 t salt
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 2 1/2 c flour
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup nuts

Preparation

Step 1

>Cream margarine and sugar together. Add eggs and mix.
>Add eggs and mix
>Melt chocolate over low heat stirring frequently or use a double boiler.
>Add melted chocolate.
>Combine baking soda, salt and buttermilk.
>Add alternately with flour to chocolate mixture.
>Add vanilla and nuts.
>Bake in a greased and floured tube pan 1 hr and 45 minutes at 325.
