Ingredients

  • 1 package boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 ½ T margarine
  • 1 C. chopped onion
  • 1 T. flour
  • 1 T paprika
  • 1 T chopped fresh dill or 1 tsp dried dill
  • 1 can chicken broth
  • 3 T sour cream

Step 1


Season chicken with salt and pepper. In a large skillet, melt margarine. Add chicken; cook 5 min on each side until browned. Remove chicken and set aside. Stir in onion; sprinkle flour, paprika and sill evenly on top. Saute 2-5 min; stir in broth. Return chicken to skillet; reduce heat to medium. Cook; uncovered, 15-20 minutes until chicken in cooked through. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream until blended. Serve over noodles.
