Ingredients
- 2 cups Bisquick baking mix
- 2/3 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup bisquick baking mix
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons butter
Preparation
Step 1
Mix 2 cup Bisqutek, 2/3 cup milk, 2 T sugar, and 1 egg to make coffee cake. Spread mixture into a greased round pan.
Mix 1/3 cup Bisquick, 1/3 cup brown sugar, 1/21 cinnamon, 2 T butter for streusel topping. Sprinkle atop.
Bake for 18-22 minutes at 375 degrees.
