Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
- 3 cups milk
- 1 cup hot water
- 12 oz package spaghetti, broken in half
- 3 cups pasta sauce
- 1 green or red pepper, diced
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 cup Parmasan cheese, or mozza cheese for topping

Preparation
Step 1
In large pot, brown beef, drain of fat. Add garlic, onion, and seasoning. Cook about 3 minutes, or until onion is tender. Add milk and 1 cup water, bringing to a simmer. Stir in broken spaghetti, return to simmer, stirring often. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring once, until spaghette is wilted. Stir in pasta sauce and red pepper. Cover and simmer stirring often and adding more hot water if necessary to prevent sticking, for about a10 minutes longer or until pasta is tender. Stir in balsamic vinegar. Serve sprinkled with cheese.
