Ingredients
- 1 pound Italian Sausage or lean gr. beef I mix 1/2 & 1/2, 1st bowl
- 1 clove minced garlic, Brn meat - spoon off excess fat add to 1st six
- 1 Tablespoon parsley flakes, ingrediants (Sauce) Simmer 30 Minutes
- 1 Tablespoon basil
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt (omit if useing italian sausage)
- 1 pound tomatoes
- 12 ounces tomato paste
- 10 ounces lasagna noodle, Boil until tender - rinse cold H20
- 3 cups large curd cottage cheese, 2nd bowl
- 2 eggs beaten, Blend cottage cheese with other seasonings
- 2 teaspoons salt (omit if useing italian sausage), place 1/2 noodles-1/2 cottage cheese mix
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper, 1/2 sauce and 1/2 mozzarella - repeat
- 2 Tablespoons parsley flakes, If double recipe - 3 times the sauce.
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 pound mozzarella cheese

Bake at 375 for 30 minutes. Let stand 10-15 minutes before cutting
