Cucumber Sour-Cream Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 large Cucumbers, peeled, seeded, finely grated
  • 2 Pints Sour Cream
  • Coarse Salt
  • 1/2 C. Fresh Chopped Herbs*
  • Fresh Ground Pepper
  • *Use herbs such as parsley, chives, tarragon, mint or dill

Preparation

Step 1

In a colander, squeeze out excess liquid from the cucumbers. Mix with sour cream and herbs; season with salt and pepper.

Refrigerate until ready to use.
