Ingredients
- 2 ripe avacados
- 1/2 large red onion diced (add more to suite your taste)
- 3 Tbsp canned diced jalapeno peppers (or fresh can be substituted)
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro
- 1 tsp lime juice
- salt and pepper to taste

Step 1
Mash the avacados with a fork then mix all ingredients.
