Ingredients
- 1 pkg yellow cake mix
- 1/4 cup cold butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 cup sour cream (12 oz.)
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 350
Measure 2/3 cup of cake mix into a small bowl. Cut in the butter.
Mix in brown sugar and walnuts.
Set aside.
Beat eggs lightly and stir in the sour cream. Blend in the remaining cake mix. Batter will be slightly lumply.
Pour half the batter in a greased 9x13 pan.
Sprinkle half the topping over the batter.
Spoon and gently spread the remaining batter into pan.
Top with remaining topping mixture.
Bake 40-45 minutes
