Peanut Butter Temptations

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened
• 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
• 1/2 cup granulated sugar
• 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
• 1 egg
• 1/2 tsp. vanilla
• 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
• 3/4 tsp. baking soda
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 48 miniature peanut butter cups

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. In large bowl, combine butter, peanut butter, sugars, egg and vanilla. Stir in flour, baking soda and salt until blended.

Roll dough into 1-inch balls. Press into 1 1/2" muffin tins. Bake 12 minutes.

Remove from oven and immediately press one miniature peanut butter cup into each cookie; allow to cool.
