Cranberry Relish

Ingredients

  • 4 cups raw cranberries, processed coarsely
  • 4 tsp fresh ginger
  • 4 large Jalapenos, finely chopped
  • ½ cup red onions, coarsely chopped
  • 4 Tbsp lime juice
  • 4 seedless oranges, sectioned, juice and all
  • 4 stalks celery, finely chopped
  • 1 Cup granulated sugar

Step 1

Let sit. Make a couple of days ahead.

Garnish with small pieces of fresh mint. Serve in footed bowl
