Ingredients

  • 3 c Flour
  • 1 ½ c Splenda
  • ¾ c Brown Sugar
  • 4 tbsp Orange Peels
  • 2 tsp Lemon Peels
  • 1 tsp Nutmeg
  • ½ tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 ½ tsp Baking Soda
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 c Buttermilk
  • ¾ c Margarine, melted
  • ¼ c Nuts,

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients, except nuts.
Pour in a greased 10” fluted pan.
Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
Add nuts to top of cake.
