Ingredients
- One head of cauliflower
- salt and pepper to taste
- garlic (optional)
- 2 T. butter (optional)
- Milk or coconut milk (for Paleo) to thin if needed

Step 1
Boil one head of cauliflower. Mash it like potatoes and add salt, pepper, (garlic if you like) and a little butter and blend. If you need to thin it a little add a tablespoon of cream or milk.
