Spaghetti Sauce and Meatballs

Ingredients
- Sauce:
- 5 large cans Italian plum tomaotes or crushed tomatoes (do not drain)
- 1 small can tomato paste
- 1 pack Italian sausage links
- 4 cloves fresh minced garlic
- Oregano (cover tomatoes lightly)
- salt
- pepper
- 1 big carrot
- 3/4 cup grated cheese
- 1 Tbsp. basil
- Meatballs:
- 2 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1/2 pound pork
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 to 3/4 cup breadcrumbs (start w/1/2 cup)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp. Parsley flakes
- salt
- pepper
- 1 Tbsp. garlic powder

Preparation
Step 1
For sauce, place all ingredients in a large pot and cook 30 minutes slowly.
For meatballs, mix all ingredients together to form meatballs.
Add meatballs to sauce and simmer until done. Enjoy!
