Ingredients
- 1-16 oz package elbow mac, cooked per package instructions
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 1/2 cups milk
- 8 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 cup seasoned bread crumbs (optional)
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 350 degrees.
1. Melt butter in bottom of 9x13 baking dish in oven.
2. Beat eggs with milk.
3. Layer 1/2 elbow mac over melted butter with 1/2 each Velveeta cheese and shredded cheese and 1/2 milk mixture.
4. Add remaining pasta, cheeses and milk mixture.
5. Bake 15 minutes, then stir till well blended.
6. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top, bake additional 15 minutes till heated through and golden brown.
