FRUIT & LETTUCE SALAD, dressing

Ingredients

• 10 cups lettuce
• 2 cups fresh orange sections
• 2 cups fresh orange sections
• 2 cups sliced strawberries
• 20 can pineapple chunks, drained
• ``````````
• 1/4 cup pineapple juice
• 1/4 cup orange juice
• 1/4 cup grapefruit juice
• 2 tsp cornstarch
• ```````````````
• 1/4 cup vinegar
• 1 tsp garlic
• 2 Tbs Sugar
• 1 tsp mustard
• 1/2 tsp salt

Preparation

Step 1

Heat juices and the
cornstarch together
Bring to boil on
MED Heat

Cool

Stir in vinegar and the rest
Of ingredients.

Pour over salad

Serves 10
