Ingredients

  • MEATLOAF
  • 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1 cup fresh bread crumbs
  • 1 med size onion, chopped
  • 1 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 small can Hunt's tomato sauce or milk
  • 1 small can Hunt's tomato sauce
  • 2 TBLSPs prepared mustard
  • 2 TBLSPs brown sugar or molasses
  • 2 TBLSPs vinegar
  • 1 cup water

Preparation

Step 1

1) Lightly mix ingredients for the meatloaf and form a loaf.
2) Place in a greased shallow pan in a moderate oven (350 degrees) for 15 minutes.
3) Mix the ingredients for the sauce and pour over the meatloaf in the oven.
4) Continue baking for 1 1/2 hours longer.
