  • 1 lb. Cream cheese softened
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 9-inch pastry shell
  • 2 Tbsp. Flour
  • 2 eggs slightly beaten
  • 1 cup cream

Step 1

Beat cream cheese with vanilla until fluffy. Beat in gradually a mixture of flour and sugar blending it thoroughly. Combine the eggs and cream, add the 1st mixture, mixing well after each addition. Bake at 325° for about 40 minutes. Cool and chill. Top with crushed pineapples (cook with flour or cornstarch to thicken.)
