Cherry Tomato Bites

Ingredients

  • ● 2 pints cherry tomatoes
  • ● 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • ● 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • ● 1/4 cup green onions, minced
  • ● 1/4 cup fresh parsley, minced
  • ● 1/4 tsp worcestershire sauce

Preparation

Step 1

1. Cut a thin slice off top of each tomato. Scoop out and discard pulp.
2. Invert tomatoes on paper towel to drain.
3. Combine remaining ingredients in small bowl; mix well.
4. Spoon into tomatoes.
5. Refrigerate til serve
