Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c unprocessed millers bran
- 1 c WW flour
- 1/2 c raisins
- 1/4 c chopped walnuts or almonds
- 1 t soda
- 1 t cinn
- 1 t nutmeg >>>>>blend
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c honey
- 2 T oil
- 1 t vanilla
- 3/4 c nonfat milk >>combine, stir into dry ingredients

Bake 12 -15 min at 375 til puffed & firm.
