Lemon Garlic Chicken

  • 1/2 cup plus 1 Tbsp. Melted butter
  • 1 small garlic clove crushed
  • 3/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • 6 boneless chicken breasts
  • juice of 1 lemon



Step 1

Preheat oven to 325° Combine ½ cup butter and garlic and set aside. Dip chicken in butter mixture and then breadcrumbs. Roll tightly. Arrange in a shallow dish. Drizzle with remaining butter and lemon juice. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake for 50 minutes.
