Ingredients
- Layer 1:
- 2 c. crushed graham crackers
- 6 T. butter, melted
- 6 T. powdered sugar
- Directions:
- Combine to make crust. Spread in bottom of square casserole dish.
- Layer 2:
- 2 c. powdered sugar
- 2 egg whites
- 1 stick margarine, softened
- Directions:
- Combine and mix for 10 minutes; pour over first layer.
- Layer 3:
- 3-5 bananas
- Directions:
- Slice bananas length-wise and place over second layer
- Layer 4:
- 1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple, well drained
- Directions:
- Spread pineapple over third layer.
- Layer 5:
- 1 (8 oz) Cool Whip, thawed
- Directions:
- Spread Cool Whip over 4th layer
- Layer 6:
- 1 c. pecans, chopped
- 1 c. cherries, chopped
- 1 (24 oz) bottle Hershey's chocolate syrup
- Directions:
- Spread pecans and cherries over fifth layer and chill.
- Drizzle chocolate syrup over cake just before serving.
