  • 18 oz. Cream cheese
  • 12 oz. Sour cream
  • 3 Tbsp. Flour
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 1/4 cups sugar
  • 6 eggs separated
  • 3 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla
  • 1 1/4 c. graham crackers



Step 1

Prepare graham crust. Mix graham cracker crumbs with ½ cup melted butter and ¼ cup of sugar. Place in bottom of springform pan. Cream cream cheese and sugar together, add flour, and salt. Next add beaten egg yolks to mixture, then add sour cream and 1 tsp. Vanilla. Fold in egg whites that have been beaten with 3 Tbsp. Sugar. Place in preheated oven at 300° for 1 hour. Let cool completely in oven.
