Ingredients

  • 8 portobella mushroom caps, stems removed
  • 1 cup shredded sonoma jack Garlic jack
  • 1 cup sauted onions
  • 1 cup diced Roma tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh basil leaves or 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh oregano leaves or 1 teaspoon dried
  • 1 cup shredded sonoma jack traditional jack

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat the oven to 350. Coat a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray. Place mushroom caps, gill side up, on baking sheet.

2. For each mushroom cap, layer with sonoma jack garlic jack, onions, tomatoes, basil and oregano. Sprinkle evenly with Sonoma jack trad. jack.

3. Bake 5-7 minutes depending on the thickness and size of mushrooms. Remove from the oven.

4.Preheat broiler to high. Place mushroom caps under broiler until cheese browns and bubbles. Serve warm.
