Ingredients
- 2 plums
- 1 pint (16 oz/400 g) blueberries
- 1 ” piece of ginger root
- 1 handful green leaf or romaine (cos) lettuce
Preparation
Step 1
1.) Wash plums, berries and lettuce.
2.) Remove pit from the plum.
3.) Slice ginger
4.) Juice, pour over ice (optional) and enjoy!
