Ingredients

  • 1 Garlic Clove, Pressed
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 2 Tbsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Dried Rosemary (Thyme, Cilantro, or Oregano)
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1 1/2 Lbs Boneless Skinless Chicken
  • 1/2 Lemon

Preparation

Step 1

Combine ingredients through pepper in a plastic bag. Add chicken and marinate at least 1 hour. Heat grill to 350. Cook chicken 5-7 minutes on each side. Squeeze lemon over chicken and wrap in foil for 10 minutes.
