5 Min Chocolate Mug Cake

Ingredients

• 4 Tbl cake flour (I used reg flour unsifted)
• 4 Tbl sugar
• 2 Tbl baking cocoa
• 1 egg
• 3 Tbl milk
• 3 Tbl oil
• 3 Tbl chocolate chips (I tried white chocolate)
• splash of vanilla essence
• 1 coffee mug

Preparation

Step 1

Add dry ingredients to mug & mix well

Add egg & mix well

Add milk & oil & mix well

Add chips, vanilla & mix again

Microwave for 3 minutes at 1000 watts

Cake may rise over top don't be alarmed

Cool slightly.
