Ingredients

  • 1 pkg broccoli

  • 1 pkg brussel sprouts

  • 1 pkg cauliflower

  • 1/2 cup chopped celery

  • 1 chopped onion

  • 2 Tblsp butter

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

  • 1 cup diced Velveeta cheese

  • 1/4 tsp garlic salt

  • 3/4 cup crushed croutons

  • Salt and pepper

Directions

Cook vegetables. Drain and combine in 2 qt casserole. Saute celery and onions in butter in skillet until tender. Heat soup and cheese and add celery and seasoning. Pour over vegetables and sprinkle with croutons. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
