Ingredients
- 1/2 cup dry red wine
- 1/4 cup whiskey
- 6 small garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 tsp. hot red chili flakes
- 1 tbs. Worecestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper
- 2 - 4 strip loin steak, 1 inch thick
Preparation
Step 1
Stir together until well blended the wine, whiskey, garlic, chili flakes, sauce, salt, and pepper. Lightly brush both sides of the steaks with the mix and set aside. Place the remaining liquid into a pan and boil, uncovered, until reduced to 1/3 cup, keep the mixture warm.
Grill steaks until desired doneness, then drizzle with warm sauce.
