Cap'n Crunch French Toast

Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 5 T. sugar
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 t. vanilla extract
  • 1/2 t. cinnamon
  • 1/2 t. nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 box Cap'n Crunch cereal
  • 1 loaf thick bread

Preparation

Step 1

Coarsely crush cereal. Combine eggs, sugar, cream, vanilla and spices in large bowl. Soak slice of bread in wet mixture 30 seconds each side. Dredge in cereal mixture. Melt butter on griddle and cook.
