Christmas Pie

This delicious appetizer comes from my mother, who was born on Christmas Day and loved the holidays. I love it spread on Triscuits, my personal favorite cracker!

Ingredients

• 2 - 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
• 4 - T milk
• 1 - 5 oz. jar dried beef, chopped fine
• 4 T dried minced onion
• 4 T finely chopped green pepper
• 1/4 t pepper
• 1 c sour cream
• 1/2 c chopped pecans

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients but pecans. Spoon into an oven-proof casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Top with pecans.
