Bacon Cheese Spread

Ingredients

• 1 pack (8oz) light crean cheese, softened
• 1/2 c mayo
• 1 1/2 c shredded cheddar cheese
• 2 Tbs chopped fresh chives or scallions
• 1 tsp dried parsley
• 1/4 tsp garlic powder
• 8 slices bacon, cooked until crisp

Preparation

Step 1

-preheat oven 350
-in food processor w S blade (or blender) cream cheese and mayo until smooth
-in med bowl combine cream cheese mix, cheddar cheese, chives, parsley, garlic powder till mixed well
-spread evenly on the bottom of a 9in glass pie plate
-using scissors cut bacon into small pieces
-garnish top of cheese spread w bacon pieces and bake 15min
