Ingredients
- Beef Roast
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 medium onion
- carrots
- potatoes (chunks)
- 3 brown gravy packets

Preparation
Step 1
Cook the roast in oven with water. About an hour before roast is done add veggies and tomato soup. When roast and veggies are done, cut the roast up into bite size pieces.
On top of stove: mix the 3 gravy packets in 1 cup cold water and get the lumps out. Pour over mixture and cook on low heat until thick. Salt and Pepper to taste.
