Ingredients
- 3 cups corn flour
- 2 cups hot water
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 potatoes, cooked and mashed
Preparation
Step 1
Scald and cool water and corn flour. Mix in remaining ingredients, knead, adding white flour as needed to hold dough together. Shape (like a twinkie) and fry.
