- 1/2 c. balsamic vinegar
- 2 tsp garlic
- 1 tsp oregeno
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp marjoram
- 1 tsp salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup red wine

mix and marinate overnight
save juice and boil down into a reduction
cook pork to 160. on BBQ
20 minutes per side
