Graham Cracker Cake

Ingredients

  • ICING:
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 stick butter
  • 3 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup chopped dates
  • 1 cuo chopped pecans
  • 1 cup grated coconut
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple
  • 1 stick butter, softened
  • 1 lb. (3 1/2-4 cups) powdered sugar

Preparation

Step 1

1. Mix all ingredients well and bake in greased and floured tube pan or bundt pan at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until cake tests done with toothpick. Spread icing over cake while still warm.

ICING:
1. Mix all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
