MEXICAN AVOCADO SALAD

Ingredients

• AVOCADO DRESSING:
• Lettuce
• 2 avocados
• 2 Tbs. lemon juice
• 1 Tomato
• 1 can sliced black olives. Drained
• 1 1/2 cups shredded Monterey jack cheese
• 1 1/2 cups tortilla chips
• 1 large avocado
• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 2 tsp lemon juice
• 1 Tbs onion
• 1 Tbs water
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
