Cheese Herb Buffet Loaves

Ingredients
- 6-7 Cup unsifted Flour
- 2 Tbsp. Sugar
- 2 tsp. Salt
- 2 pkg. Yeast
- 1 Cup Milk
- 1 Cup Water
- 1/4 Cup Butter
- 1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese
- 1/2 Cup Chopped Parsley
- 1/2 tsp. Oregano Leaves
- 1/2 tsp. Garlic or seasoned Salt
- 1 Egg, slightly beaten
- 2 Tbsp. Water

Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl, thoroughly mix 2 cups flour, sugar, salt & undissolved yearst.
Combine milk, 1 cup water & butter in a saucepan. Heat over low heat until liquids are warm. (butter does not need to melt). Gradually add to dry ingredients and beat 2 minutes at medium speed of mixer, scraping bowl occasionally. Add 3/4 Cup flour, or enough to make a thick batter. Beat at hight
speed 2 min. scraping bowl. Stir in enough additionaol flour to make soft dough. Turn out onto lightly flored board; kenad until smooth and elastic, about 8-10 min. Place in greased bowl, turning to grease top. Cover and let rise until doubled in bulk, about 30 min.
Meanwhile, combine cheese, parsely, oregano & garlic or seasoned salt. Punch dough down; turn out onto lightly floured board. Divide dough in half; let rest 5 minutes. Roll out 1/2 the dough into 8x15 inch rectangle. Sprnkle with 1/2 the cheese mixture. Cut into 3 rectangles, 8x5 inch. Tightly roll each from the 8 inch side; pinch seams to seal. Pinch ends and fold under. Place loaves, seam side down and 1/4 inch apart, on half the greased baking sheet. Repeat with remaining dough and filling; place loaves on same sheet. Cover; let rise in warm place until doubled, about 30 min.
Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minuters. Remove from oven; brush with egg white which has been combined with 2 Tbsp. water. Bake 15 min. more or until done. Cool on wire rack.
