Ingredients
- 5 slices Texas toast
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/3 cup milk
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon sugar
- 3 tablespoons butter
Preparation
Step 1
Cut toast in half. Mix eggs, milk, and sugar. Melt butter in skillet. Dip a piece of toast in egg/milk mixture, and fry in butter. Stir batter after each piece of toast is dipped. Cook until golden brown, serve hot with syrup.
