No Peek Chicken

Ingredients

• 1 Box Uncle Ben’s Long Grain & Wild Rice w/ Herbs
• 2 cans Cream of Mushroom Soup
• 1 ½ cans of chicken broth
• 8 oz sliced mushrooms ( sauteed )
• 1 tsp parsley
• 1 tsp garlic salt
• 6-8 pieces of chicken
• 1 ½ pkg Lipton Onion Soup Mix

Preparation

Step 1

Lightly grease casserole dish or 9x13 pan.

Mix all ingredients (except 1/2 pkg of the onion soup and chicken) in the pan. Place chicken in mixture.
Sprinkle chicken with the other ½ pkg of onion soup mix. Seal with foil.

Bake at 350 for 2 ½ hours.
