Ingredients

  • 6 C Old Fashioned Oats
  • 2 C sweetened Coconut
  • 1 C Sliced Almonds
  • 1 C unsalted Cashews
  • 1 C unsalted sunflower seeds
  • 1 C brown sugar
  • 1/2 C maple syrup
  • 1/2 C vegetable oil
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1-2 C. dried fruits of your choice

Preparation

Step 1

In a large bowl, mix together the oats, coconut, almonds, cashews, sunflower seeds, brown sugar.

In a liquid measuring cup, combine the maple syrup, vegetable oil, and salt.

Combine both mixtures.

Spread out on a jelly roll pan sprayed with PAM.

Bake for 1 1/2 hours, stirring every 20 minutes.

Remove from oven and add 1-2 C dried fruits.

Cool and store in air tight containers.
