Ingredients
- 1/2 c butter
- 1 c flour
- 4 beaten eggs
- 3/4 # Swiss cheese, grated
- 1/4 # cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/4 t salt
- 1/4 t pepper

Cooking time 45mins
Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter.
Add flour, mix well.
Slowly add eggs.
Stir in cheese, S & P.
Spread in a lightly greased 10" skillet.
Bake for 45 min @ 375.
Cool.
Slice into wedges.
