Ingredients
- 4 skinless chicken breast cut into small pieces
- 1 small green pepper and red pepper chopped
- 8 oz. chicken stock
- 1/2 cup white rice
- 1 tlb. curry power
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a baking dish stir to blend thoughly. Bake at 375 for 30 to 35 minutes.
