Pepr'd Chicken W/ Curry Rice

This is a 5 minute prep dish. Really fast. Really tasty,

Ingredients

  • 4 skinless chicken breast cut into small pieces
  • 1 small green pepper and red pepper chopped
  • 8 oz. chicken stock
  • 1/2 cup white rice
  • 1 tlb. curry power

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in a baking dish stir to blend thoughly. Bake at 375 for 30 to 35 minutes.
