Ingredients
- '*' 3 Tbsp cold water
- '*' 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
- '*' 2 cups whipping cream
- '*' 1/2 cup Ovaltine (or like chocolate mix)
- '*' 1/2 cup sugar
- '*' 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- '*' 1/2 cup mini marshmallows

Step 1
Combine water and gelatin in top of double-boiler and let sit for 5 minutes. Place double-boiler over low heat until gelatin is dissolved. Remove from heat and cool to room temperature.
Whip cream until soft peaks form. Gradually beat in gelatin mixture into whipping cream until stiff peaks form. Gradually add sugar and Ovaltine and beat until well blended. Fold in chocolate mix and marshmallows and chill at least one hour before serving.
