Ingredients
- 4 c flour
- 2 t instant yeast
- 2 t salt
- 3 T rosemary >> combine
- 1/2 c EVOO
- 2 c warm water>>mix in. Knead in about 1 more cup of flour to make a smooth elastic dough.
- 1/2 c raisins>>knead in.
- Place in oiled bowl, cover w/ plastic wrap.
- Let rise in a warm place til doubled. Punch down.
- Let rise in a loaf pan.
- Bake.
