Ingredients
- 1 C. plain low-fat yogurt
- 2 T. honey
- 2 T. frozen orange juice concentrate, undiluted
- 1/2 t. grated orange rind
- 1/2 t. lemon juice
- 1/2 t. vanilla extract
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a bowl; stir well. Cover and chill. Serve over pineapple, cantaloupe, or other fresh fruit. serving size: 1 tablespoon.
