Yogurt

Ingredients

  • 1/2 gallon milk
  • 1 cup powdered milk
  • 1 large spoonful yogurt (2 tablespoons)

Preparation

Step 1

Combine and heat milk and powdered milk to boiling.
Let cool to baby milk temperature or a little hotter.
Turn oven on to warm but turn it off before putting yogurt in.
Once milk is cooled, add to bowl containing 1 large spoonful of yogurt.
Let sit in oven on hot pad for several hours or overnight.
