Mexican Breakfast Bake

Ingredients

  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 1 (4 oz) can chopped green chilies, drained
  • 1 (14 oz) can diced tomatoes
  • 8 oz. Shredded Colby-jack cheese mixture
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 stick butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients. Mix well. Pour into a greased 7 x 11 inch baking dish. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until set.
