Sweet Pumpkin Seeds

Ingredients

  • Fresh Pumpkin Seeds, washed and rinsed
  • 1 Tbsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Cover a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Mix together the sugar and cinnamon and generously cover the foil with the mixture. Lay the pumpkin seeds carefully on top of the cinnamon-sugar mixture. Sprinkle the top of the seeds with the remaining cinnamon-sugar mixture. Bake the pumpkin seeds at 270 degrees Fahrenheit for 90 - 120 minutes. Allow the seeds to cool completely and enjoy. Keep the leftover seeds in an airtight container.
