  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon chopped shallots
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons chopped and rinsed capers
  • 2 teaspoons Creole mustard
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
